1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the GrowYourOffer Hiring program operated by GrowYourOffer LLC (“GrowYourOffer,” “we,” “us”), including our application pages and our SMS/text messaging program. By submitting an application or opting in to messages, you agree to these Terms.

2. The Hiring Program

We provide a recruiting and staffing application process. Submitting an application does not create an offer of employment, a contract, or any guarantee of an interview or role. All hiring decisions are at our discretion.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

3.1 Program description & message types

If you opt in on our application form, GrowYourOffer LLC sends SMS/MMS text messages to the mobile number you provide. We operate two separate, independently optional message programs:

• Transactional / application updates — for example: application confirmations, interview scheduling, interview reminders, and hiring status updates.
• Recruiting & promotional — for example: new job opening alerts, hiring event invitations, and career opportunity announcements.

You choose each program separately on the form. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or application. Message frequency varies.

3.2 How to opt out

You can cancel the SMS service at any time by texting STOP to any message you receive from us. After you send STOP, we will send a one-time confirmation message and then stop sending text messages. You may continue your application by email or phone.

3.4 Message & data rates

Message and data rates may apply. Your mobile carrier may charge for messages sent to or from your device according to your plan. Check with your carrier for details.

3.5 Carrier liability

Delivery of messages is subject to effective transmission by your mobile carrier and is not guaranteed. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

3.6 Age requirement

You must be at least 18 years of age to apply and to opt in to our SMS program. By opting in, you represent that you are 18 or older.

3.7 Privacy

Your information is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy. Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to provide accurate information, to use our pages and messaging lawfully, and not to misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

5. Intellectual Property

The GrowYourOffer name, brand, and content on these pages are owned by GrowYourOffer LLC and may not be used without permission.

6. Disclaimers & Limitation of Liability

Our pages and messaging are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, GrowYourOffer LLC is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the hiring program or messaging service.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above reflects the latest version. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
