This Privacy Policy explains how GrowYourOffer LLC (“GrowYourOffer,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information when you apply to a role through our GrowYourOffer Hiring program, visit our application pages, or communicate with us by email, phone, or text message. By applying or opting in to our communications, you agree to the practices described here.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information you provide directly, including:

• Identifiers such as your first and last name, email address, and mobile phone number;
• Application details such as the role you are applying for and a resume or LinkedIn link you choose to share;
• Consent records, including whether you opted in to transactional and/or marketing SMS, with a timestamp and the version of the consent language shown to you;
• Communications you send us and our correspondence with you.

We also automatically collect limited technical data (such as IP address and basic device/browser information) when you visit our pages, as described in Section 6.

• Review and process your job application and communicate with you about it;
• Schedule, confirm, and remind you about interviews and hiring steps;
• Send recruiting and promotional messages about openings and events if you opted in;

4. SMS / Text Messaging

If you opt in on our application form, we send SMS/MMS messages to the mobile number you provide. We offer two separate, independently optional consents: (1) transactional messages (application confirmations, interview scheduling, interview reminders, and hiring status updates); and (2) recruiting & promotionalmessages (new job opening alerts, hiring event invitations, and career opportunity announcements). Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of employment or application.

Mobile information will not be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. No mobile opt-in data or consent is sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for their own marketing.

We share information only with service providers who help us operate the hiring program (for example, our applicant/CRM platform, scheduling, and messaging providers), and only as needed to perform services for us under confidentiality obligations. We may also disclose information when required by law or to protect our rights. As stated above, mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.

6. Cookies & Tracking Technologies

Our pages may use cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality, security, and aggregate analytics. You can control cookies through your browser settings. Disabling cookies may affect how some features work.

7. Data Retention

We retain application and consent records for as long as needed to evaluate your candidacy, run our hiring program, and meet legal, accounting, or reporting requirements, after which we delete or de-identify the information.

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Your Rights & Choices

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of your personal information, and to opt out of certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact us using the details in Section 13.

10. Opt-Out & Unsubscribe

You can stop SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message; we will send a single confirmation and then stop. To opt out of emails, use the unsubscribe link or contact us. You may withdraw consent without affecting your application.

11. Children's Privacy

Our hiring program and messaging are intended only for individuals who are at least 18 years old. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective” date above. Material changes will be communicated where appropriate. Continued use of our hiring program after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
