About the role
You'll turn raw footage into high-performing short-form content and paid ad creative — hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design that stop the scroll. You'll work closely with our media buyers and content team to ship volume without losing quality.
What you'll do
- Edit short-form video for ads and organic (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
- Craft strong hooks, captions, and pacing for retention
- Iterate quickly on creative variations for testing
- Maintain brand consistency across every cut
- Manage a steady output volume and meet deadlines
What we're looking for
- A portfolio of short-form / direct-response video edits
- Fluent in Premiere / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
- Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and what makes people watch
- Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
- Reliable remote setup and your own editing rig
