About the role

You'll turn raw footage into high-performing short-form content and paid ad creative — hooks, captions, pacing, and sound design that stop the scroll. You'll work closely with our media buyers and content team to ship volume without losing quality.

What you'll do

  • Edit short-form video for ads and organic (Reels/TikTok/Shorts)
  • Craft strong hooks, captions, and pacing for retention
  • Iterate quickly on creative variations for testing
  • Maintain brand consistency across every cut
  • Manage a steady output volume and meet deadlines

What we're looking for

  • A portfolio of short-form / direct-response video edits
  • Fluent in Premiere / CapCut / After Effects (or similar)
  • Strong sense of hooks, pacing, and what makes people watch
  • Fast turnaround without sacrificing quality
  • Reliable remote setup and your own editing rig
