You'll own the plumbing behind the business — connecting our CRM, funnels, and internal tools into clean, automated workflows. From building automations to keeping data flowing accurately across platforms, you make sure the right thing happens at the right time without anyone touching it. If you think in systems and love removing manual work, this is for you.
What you'll do
- Design, build, and maintain automations across our CRM (GHL) and connected tools
- Integrate platforms via APIs, webhooks, and tools like Zapier / Make
- Map and document workflows so the whole team knows how data moves
- Monitor systems for breakages and fix them before they cost us
- Partner with sales, marketing, and ops to automate repetitive work
What we're looking for
- 2+ years building automations and integrations (GHL, Zapier, Make, or similar)
- Comfortable with APIs, webhooks, and connecting tools that don't natively talk
- Strong systems thinking — you see the whole workflow, not just one step
- Detail-oriented and reliable: your automations don't silently break
- Reliable remote setup and availability across our core hours
