About the role
You'll work the phones — calling inbound and outbound leads, qualifying them, and booking appointments for our closing team. Volume, energy, and consistency win here. You're the engine that keeps the sales floor fed.
What you'll do
- Make a high volume of outbound and inbound qualifying calls
- Quickly assess fit and book qualified prospects onto closer calendars
- Run confirmation sequences to protect show rates
- Hand off clean context to closers for every booked call
- Track dials, conversations, and sets in the CRM
What we're looking for
- Prior phone setting / appointment-setting experience
- Great energy and clear phone presence; you're comfortable on the dial
- Thick skin and consistency — you hit your numbers every day
- Organized follow-up so no lead goes cold
- Reliable remote setup, headset, and quiet environment
