You'll turn creative briefs into high-performing visual assets — static ads, funnel and landing-page graphics, and brand collateral across multiple client accounts. You work closely with the Creative Strategist and Video Editor to ship a steady volume of on-brand creative that converts.
What you'll do
- Design static ad creative for paid social across client accounts.
- Execute against creative briefs from the Creative Strategist.
- Create landing-page, funnel, and email graphics.
- Produce creative variations quickly for testing.
- Maintain brand consistency across every asset and client.
What we're looking for
- 1-2+ years as a graphic designer in an agency or in-house growth team.
- Strong portfolio of static ad and direct-response design.
- Fluent in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator).
- Understanding of paid social ad formats and what makes them convert.
- Fast turnaround across multiple accounts without dropping quality.
- Familiarity with project management tools (ClickUp) and Google Workspace.
