About the role
You'll live in the inbox — opening and nurturing conversations across social platforms, qualifying interest, and booking calls onto our closers' calendars. You're the first human a lead talks to, so tone, speed, and follow-up are everything.
What you'll do
- Open and manage high volumes of DM conversations daily
- Qualify prospects against our criteria and book them onto sales calls
- Follow up on cold and warm threads with sharp, human messaging
- Keep the calendar full and no-show rates low with strong confirmations
- Log every conversation and outcome in the CRM
What we're looking for
- Experience setting via DMs (IG/FB/LinkedIn) for an offer or agency
- Excellent written communication — concise, warm, on-brand
- Organized and fast: you reply quickly and never drop a thread
- Comfortable hitting daily conversation and booking targets
- Reliable remote setup and availability across our core hours
